Ginger Graham

Ginger has over 15 years of communications and program management experience. Her work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Belize, C.A. led her to focus on non-profit work in Latino communities. During her first years at Centro she led development efforts and acted as volunteer coordinator. She became the Executive Director in July 2015.

Cesar Cruz

Cesar is a naturalized U.S. Citizen, born in Guatemala who has over 20 years of experience working with youth. He has extensive training in how to work with Latino youth of immigrant parents – youth who are struggling to find their cultural identity. Cesar is also a talented musician and music teacher. Cesar’s background has given him an in-depth understanding of the struggles immigrant families face in raising children in a different culture. He joined our staff in March 2011.

Grace Haugen

Literacy Coordinator

Grace has taught and developed curriculum for youth and adult education programs in native Spanish speaking communities both locally and abroad. Her experience includes implementing after school programming and working as a liaison between parents and schools to support student success.  She joined our staff in August 2016.

Julia Reimann

Volunteer Coordinator/ Academic Assistant

Julia joined our staff in December 2017.  Her interest in interfaith community development led her to seek opportunities to work with refugees and to spend a year teaching English in Malaysia through the Fulbright Program after graduating from university. Her volunteer experience includes leading activities for youth in a variety of settings.
