Ginger Graham

Ginger has over 15 years of communications and program management experience. Her work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Belize, C.A. led her to focus on non-profit work in Latino communities. During her first years at Centro she led development efforts and acted as volunteer coordinator. She became the Executive Director in July 2015.

Cesar Cruz

¡Ándale! Director

Cesar is a naturalized U.S. Citizen, born in Guatemala who has over 20 years of experience working with youth. He has extensive training in how to work with Latino youth of immigrant parents – youth who are struggling to find their cultural identity. Cesar is also a talented musician and music teacher. Cesar’s background has given him an in-depth understanding of the struggles immigrant families face in raising children in a different culture. He joined our staff in March 2011.

Rebecca Welty

Literacy Coordinator

 Rebecca joined our staff in August 2019. She has extensive experience teaching, both in the United States as a Spanish teacher and in Ecuador, where she taught English to school-age children.

Amber Davidson

Volunteer Coordinator/ Academic Assistant

Amber joined our staff in August 2019. After graduating with her Master in Public Health, her interest in families and children, as well as her desire to work within the community, led her to Centro. Her volunteer experience includes leading activities for youth in a variety of settings.
